Currently, UJW offers the Master of Arts in Ethical & Global Leadership (MA-EGL), a 36-credit-hour graduate program that prepares students for leadership roles across sectors with a focus on ethical decision-making, organizational development, and global awareness, as well as the Bachelor of Arts in Justice, Ethics & Leadership (BA-JEL), an interdisciplinary undergraduate program designed to develop ethical leadership, critical thinking, and social justice competencies through a fully online learning format.

Yes. The MA-EGL & BA-JEL programs are 100% online. Students can complete their entire degree from anywhere in the world with a reliable internet connection. There are no in-person residency requirements.

The total program cost for the Master of Arts in Ethical & Global Leadership (MA-EGL) is $8,000 for all 36 credit hours (approximately $222 per credit hour), while the Bachelor of Arts in Justice, Ethics & Leadership (BA-JEL) costs $18,000, with a Founder Student Discount reducing tuition to $14,400; all technology fees are included with no hidden costs.

The MA-EGL program can be completed in approximately 2 years on a part-time basis or 1.5 years on a full-time basis, depending on the student’s course load and academic pace, while the BA-JEL program is designed to be completed in approximately 4 years full-time or 6 years part-time.

Yes. UJW welcomes students from all countries. Because the program is 100% online, international students can earn their degree without relocating. International applicants must submit foreign credential evaluations from a NACES or AICE member agency.

Graduates of the MA-EGL or BA-JEL program are prepared for a wide range of leadership roles, including Organizational Development Director, Nonprofit Executive Director, Policy Analyst, Community Development Manager, Ethics & Compliance Officer, Higher Education Administrator, Government Affairs Specialist, and International Program Coordinator.
