Dr. Mahmoud Alkhuzaee
Dr. Mahmoud Alkhuzaee is the Founder and Executive Director of the University of Justice and Wisdom (UJW), a hybrid nonprofit institution dedicated to ethical leadership, human development, and transformative education. Founded in 2025, UJW was created to provide accessible, principled, and future-oriented higher education for students from diverse backgrounds.
Dr. Alkhuzaee holds a Master’s degree in Social Justice from Marygrove College in Detroit and advanced doctoral studies in leadership, organizational management, and sociology. His academic journey spans both American and British institutions, reflecting a lifelong commitment to justice-centered learning and global education.
Throughout his career, he has worked across academic, nonprofit, and community sectors, focusing on leadership development, educational innovation, and organizational strategy. As a bilingual leader with deep connections to both Arab and American communities, he brings a unique cross-cultural perspective to higher education.
Under his leadership, UJW integrates academic excellence with ethical reasoning, social justice, and values-based leadership. His guiding belief is that education should develop both the mind and the character, preparing students to lead with integrity, wisdom, and a commitment to serving others.

What programs does UJW offer?
The University of Justice and Wisdom is currently completing the necessary authorization process and is working to develop academic offerings that reflect its mission of ethical leadership, justice, and lifelong learning. Additional information regarding academic opportunities will be made available through the university website once all required approvals and authorizations have been obtained.
Are the programs fully online?
No. The our programs are delivered through a hybrid format consisting of 80% asynchronous online instruction and 20% mandatory in-person intensive sessions held at UJW’s Academic Center in Toledo, Ohio, allowing students to complete most coursework remotely while participating in scheduled on-site academic experiences.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. UJW offers flexible payment options, including full payment at enrollment, semester-based payment plans, and interest-free monthly installment plans. UJW is currently pursuing institutional accreditation, and because federal financial aid is not yet available, students are responsible for their own tuition payments. Contact the Admissions Office for additional details.
Do you accept international students?
Yes. UJW welcomes students from all countries. International applicants must submit foreign credential evaluations from a NACES or AICE member agency.
What career opportunities are available after graduation?
Graduates of our programs are prepared for a wide range of leadership roles, including Organizational Development Director, Nonprofit Executive Director, Policy Analyst, Community Development Manager, Ethics & Compliance Officer, Higher Education Administrator, Government Affairs Specialist, and International Program Coordinator.
